The Kendall Collective was not born in a corporate boardroom; it was forged from a shared passion for exceptional design, premier real estate, and the pursuit of unforgettable vacation travel experiences.
When Glenn and Maggie met in 2007, they quickly discovered another love besides each other that was mutual, a love and passion for ultra luxury vacation real estate. Drawing on resources from their successes in technology and family enterprises, they began investing in properties with a singular vision: to create designer-quality, highly desirable, first-class vacation homes. From the very beginning, their partnership was a perfect alignment of strengths—Maggie masterminded the intricate interior designs, while Glenn navigated the transactions, financing, and construction.
For over a decade, it was a deeply personal passion project. Then came the spring of 2020.
As the world shifted, Glenn and Maggie took a step back to look at their portfolio: a striking waterfront home in Miami Beach, an Alpine retreat in Colorado, and a serene lakefront estate in Lake Oconee Georgia. While many were liquidating their real estate holdings, they decided to double down. They chose not to sell a single asset, but rather to transform them into ultra-luxury vacation rentals designed for discerning travelers who—like themselves—appreciate the finest things in life.
Turning a passion project into a premier hospitality brand while raising three school-aged children was no small feat, but the Kendall family embraced the challenge. Together, they traveled the country kids in toe, home schooling, prepping, perfecting, and styling each property to launch this new venture.
Today, The Kendall Collective has grown to include prime waterfront properties in Miami Beach Florida, multiple mountain escapes in Colorado, including a 5 Star Penthouse right on the Ski mountain in Beaver Creek, a breathtaking Lakefront and Golf estate in Georgia and a magnificent, 74-acre Tudor Manor fully designed and remodeled to its original splendor. Every single property in the portfolio adheres to a strict standard: Glenn and Maggie will never invest in a home that they wouldn't love staying in themselves. They will not ever offer a home to host travelers that isn’t either new or fully reimagined to its finest.
